Eryri / Snowdonia Bellydance Weekend Retreat with Ramona Crocker

Eryri / Snowdonia Bellydance Weekend Retreat

Try something different! A dance by women for women, used in helping with health, childbirth, storytelling, ceremony and strengthening those female bonds. Discover your inner female energy, celebrate your sensuality and strength.

Bellydance conjures up many images and most are far from reality. Originating from the Middle East and introduced to the West by Victorian colonising countries, who were fascinated by all things Oriental.

This weekend may dispel some of those myths and show true respect to the many varied dances and music originating from these countries. An informative and totally immersive experience to be enjoyed by the novice and experienced dancer alike. All set in an amazing location, start the day with an optional yoga session or swim in the lake. There will be a range of varied workshops by experienced dance teachers. Enjoy shopping in the Souk with beautiful costumes and clothes to tempt you, then get ready for the evening performances and party with DJ Skeik Ya Bootie bringing the latest Arabic tunes!

Limited places and book now for discounted prices!

The reminder to slow down helped me to get lost in the movement.

What is The Alexander Technique?

The Alexander Technique, developed by Frederick Matthias Alexander (1869–1955), is a method focused on improving posture, movement, and body awareness. It is based on the principle that poor posture can contribute to a variety of health issues. By learning to re-align and re-balance the body, individuals can achieve more natural, efficient movement and reduce unnecessary strain.

The Alexander Technique can offer:

  • Relief from posture-related pain

  • Increased body awareness and balance

  • Stress management and reduced tension

  • Enhanced performance for athletes and performers

  • More comfortable pregnancy

  • Faster recovery following injury or surgery

  • Better vocal use and breath control

About the Facilitator

Alison trained with the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique in Kendal, Cumbria, and has been teaching since 2001. She is also a certified Reflexologist with the Association of Reflexologists, a Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance Professionals, and has specialized training in Pregnancy and Childbirth as a Doula and in Eutokia.

Before pursuing her career in teaching the Alexander Technique, Alison worked in the computer industry and initially discovered the benefits of the technique through managing back pain. With a lifelong love of movement, Alison had always dreamed of being a dancer, but digestive pain prevented her from pursuing that path.

Since her mid-twenties, Alison has used her knowledge of the Alexander Technique and Yoga to improve her movement quality and running style. Now, she teaches others how to regain the joy of movement without relying on painkillers or surgery. In 2024, Alison published her first book, The Jigsaw Method – Building Balance into Your Diet with the Power of the Moon.

In addition to her work in movement and health, Alison is passionate about cycling, gardening, and cooking. She runs cookery demonstrations and teaches her Re-balancing Your Diet Programmes and the concept of Lifestyle Nutrition. Alison's natural enthusiasm for cooking also plays a role in her holistic approach to health, especially when it comes to digestive health.

Alison also has a special interest in teaching the Alexander Technique to children both in and out of school, using creative and fun methods to help kids learn and build confidence.

For more details, visit Alison’s website.

The Joy of SAORI Weaving Workshop with Rosie Green

Slow down and reconnect through the art of SAORI weaving—a joyful, pressure-free day filled with creativity, self-expression, and meaningful connection. Enjoy delicious food, good company, and the serene atmosphere of Trigonos while exploring your artistic side.

Join Rosie Green, an experienced textile artist and facilitator, for a fun, creative workshop that will leave you feeling inspired and rejuvenated.

SAORI weaving is a free-flowing, uninhibited practice that celebrates the unique sensibilities we all possess and the inherent power to create. Rooted in the belief that we are all born with the ability to express our authentic selves, SAORI weaving fosters deep connection—with both our creative spirit and with others. By embracing our individuality while honoring our shared humanity, this practice nurtures self-awareness, compassion, and a sense of global connection.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Opportunity to Switch Off
Escape the hectic pace of life, slow down, and create with both your hands and heart.

  • Creativity with Like-minded People
Enjoy some well-deserved "you time" while also connecting and sharing with others in a supportive and inspiring environment.

  • Tranquil Surroundings
Relax and recharge with leisurely walks, fireside reading, and simply soaking in the beauty of Eryri National Park, an enchanting part of Wales.

SAORI weaving is not just a craft—it's a philosophy of personal creativity and self-development practiced worldwide. For some, it serves as a form of meditation, for others, it’s a way to relax and recharge. And for many, it's simply a joyful way to create beautiful woven cloth!

At the heart of SAORI, there are no rigid plans or predetermined designs. The process is free-flowing, where the act of weaving itself becomes an expression of individuality. The finished cloth is always a delightful surprise. The unique design of the looms and materials used result in fabric that is ideal for making simple garments that celebrate the beauty of the cloth itself, with little or no cutting. The drape and adjustments are intentionally left to showcase the maker's individuality, creating a garment that is entirely their own.

SAORI weaving follows five guiding principles, which will be embraced during the retreat:

  • Consider the differences between a machine and a human being

  • Be bold and adventurous

  • Look out through eyes that shine

  • Inspire one another and the community

  • We are born with creativity and intuition

By embracing these principles, we honor the philosophy that creativity and intuition are inherent in us all.

What to Expect:

  • From the Heart
Slip away and let inspiration guide you to ‘weave from your heart’. There’s no pressure or expectation, yet you’ll be surprised and amazed by what you create throughout the day.

  • Deepen Your Connection with Your Natural Self
Enhance your self-understanding and connect deeply through the art of SAORI weaving, tapping into your innate creativity.

  • Disconnect from the Modern World
Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and flow with the calming rhythm of Trigonos. Enjoy the option of a digital detox to truly unwind and reconnect with yourself.

  • Nourish Your Wellbeing
Rejuvenate your mental and physical state through a peaceful, creative day that nurtures your mind, body, and soul.

This Workshop will Help You:

  • Calm Your Mind
With a ‘no rules, no mistakes’ philosophy, SAORI weaving will help you relax and find peace, allowing your mind to settle and unwind.

  • Timeout for Yourself
Enjoy the opportunity to step away from the busyness of daily life and dedicate time to yourself, focusing on creative expression and relaxation.

Who is this Workshop For?

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to switch off, re-focus, or try something new. It's ideal for those who want to spend time in the stunning surroundings of Eryri National Park, connecting with like-minded people while exploring creativity and relaxation.

One of the best experiences I have booked. Rosie is an amazing woman. She completely makes you feel at ease and instills confidence in your ability to weave. And she is totally correct! I made a beautiful table runner. However, the whole experience is more than creating a beautiful piece of weaving. Words do not accurately describe this phenomenal experience. Make this a destination on your journey. Simply Amazing!

About the Facilitator

Rosie Green, Saori Making, Trigonos Event

Rosie Green’s journey into hand weaving began when she took a textiles course, sparking a deep passion for the craft. In 1982, she relocated to North Wales, where she began demonstrating at the Bodeilio Weaving Centre on Anglesey. In 2014, Rosie opened SAORIMôr, becoming the first registered SAORI free-weaving studio in Wales.

As an Artist Facilitator, Rosie’s practice has evolved over the years, enriching her understanding of the creative process and its significant role in our lives. Through SAORI, she guides others to explore their creativity and find their own path in life.

I am a facilitator and instructor in SAORI weaving but I also have a long experience in traditional weaving. This helps me understand the various approaches people might have and helps me support each individual and their particular needs. The SAORI looms are easy to use and allow for the use of accessories to enable those who have any form of disability, whether significant or less so, to weave with equal value to anyone else. There is no judgement or comparison, we are all equal as human beings.
— Rosie Green

An Insight to the Day…

The day will begin with introductions to ensure everyone feels comfortable and understands what to expect. After that, each person will work at their own pace, weaving with colours and textures of their choosing, with support and encouragement from Rosie. You can choose to work quietly or engage in conversation and ask as many questions as you like. At the end of the day, you will cut your work from the loom and have the chance to share your experiences. This will be a time to discuss your cloth, reflect on how you feel, or learn how to finish your work.

Daily Schedule:

09:30 am – Arrival/Welcome
10:00 am – Workshop
11:00 am – Mid-Morning Snack
11:30 am – Workshop
01:00 pm – Lunch
02:00 pm – Workshop
04:00 pm – Afternoon Tea Together
04:30 pm – Depart

It was an amazing experience. I have managed to make a piece of colourful fabric. I still cannot believe that I have made it! The two hours were more relaxing than any yoga session. Japanese weaving is like a creative therapy!

A note from Lara

Special Health considerations for Hypopressives:
The apnoea (breath-hold with vacuum) element of Hypopressive breathwork is not recommended if you are pregnant or affected by any of the following health complaints;

  • an active cancer

  • cardio-respiratory disease

  • uncontrolled blood pressure

  • acute inflammatory gut disorder such as Crohn’s Disease

  • had recent abdominal surgery

This is because, during the Hypopressive apnoea, pressures within the body are lowered. This ‘vacuum effect’, may not be tolerated in people with the conditions above, but will not affect your ability to do and enjoy the other elements of Hypopressive exercise.

Upon booking you will be required to complete a short health questionnaire to ensure that where necessary the technique is modified to suit you.

If in any doubt, you must seek advice from your doctor/relevant heath care professional before booking a place, I will not be able to make judgement on your fitness to participate on the day

I invite you to join a group of open and like minded people to journey within yourself, explore the balance between the seasons, dark and light, your inner and outer Self, through silence and sound.
We will work with the flow of nature in this magical place, just after the Autumn Equinox to reflect on the wonders, achievements and liveliness of the Spring and Summer months and then turn our attention to the beginning of the inner cycle of growth; a point of transition where we can process the lessons the we have learnt, release whatever needs to flow on and listen to the wisdom within ourselves so that we may plan and weave dreams as Autumn arrives...

About the Facilitator

Amanda Bailey, Trigonos

Amanda is deeply passionate about integrating nature into modern life to enhance wellbeing and foster self-connection, helping you create a life that truly aligns with your desires. She resides in a cozy stone cottage nestled in the Macclesfield hills, where she enjoys walking the land and indulging in a good cuppa and cake at the local cafes.

Her personal journey of reconnecting with nature in her late 30s was transformative. In 2019, facing a crossroads, she was caught in a cycle of disconnection and struggling with the pressures of a demanding fashion career. Seeking change and clarity, she embraced uncertainty and turned to nature for guidance. This path led her to rediscover her true self, uncover her soul’s calling, and create a fulfilling new life and business.

Now, as a guide, coach, mentor, and trainer, Amanda works with organizations like the National Trust, as well as private and corporate clients, serving from the heart to help others reconnect with themselves and embrace transformation.

Amanda has a true gift holding such a gorgeous, safe, calm space to explore and share.

What is Forest-Bathing:

Forest-bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku as it’s known in Japan, means “to bathe in the atmosphere of the forest or to take in the forest through our senses.” More than just a walk, this mindful and deeply restorative practice invites you to slow down, become present, and awaken your senses. It helps you disconnect from everyday distractions, allowing you to notice the beauty within you and around you in the natural world.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, forest-bathing offers a peaceful pause from the hustle of modern life. Whether you’re unplugging to simply be or seeking a path for self-discovery, healing, and gentle restoration, this experience will help you reconnect deeply with nature.

As Albert Einstein once said, “Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.”

Please note: This experience is about immersing yourself in the atmosphere of nature—there is no swimming involved.

Benefits of Forest-Bathing

  • Reduced Stress
Lower adrenaline and cortisol levels, helping you unwind and relax.

  • Improved Mood
Alleviates anxiety and depression, promoting a sense of calm and emotional balance.

  • Enhanced Cognitive Function
Boosts focus, memory, and concentration, improving mental clarity.

  • Increased Energy
Combats fatigue, leaving you feeling revitalized and more alert.

  • Better Sleep
Improves sleep quality and duration, helping you achieve deeper rest (up to 20% improvement).

  • Balanced Nervous System
Calms both the body and mind, supporting emotional regulation.

  • Reduced Blood Pressure
Supports heart health and metabolic function, contributing to overall well-being.

  • Strengthened Immune System
Increases the production of ‘natural killer’ cells that help fight off illness.

  • Combats Social Isolation
Promotes a sense of connection and community, enhancing feelings of belonging and support.

What is Ceremonial Grade Cacao?

Ceremonial cacao is raw, natural chocolate sourced from ancient 'criollo' cacao trees in the Amazon rainforest. Revered for centuries, cacao has a rich history dating back to the Olmecs, the first civilization to cultivate it in the rainforest. Mayan elders honored cacao as one of their most powerful deities, dubbing it the “food of the Gods” due to its medicinal and spiritual properties.

A cacao circle invites participants to connect deeply with themselves and others in a transformative, calming, and blissful space. As you savor the cacao mindfully, paired with meditative practices, the experience becomes a powerful way to open the heart, enhance wellbeing, and access inner wisdom. This sacred ritual creates a shared sense of unity, offering a moment to pause and align with your higher self.

"The water that runs through the heart"

Benefits of Cacao

  • Supports Heart Health
Stimulates the cardiovascular system, promotes healthy blood flow, and helps lower blood pressure.

  • Boosts Energy & Vitality
Contains theobromine, a natural stimulant that provides a long-lasting energy boost without the jitters or crash of caffeine.

  • Powerful Superfood
Packed with antioxidants, protein, magnesium, iron, calcium, and zinc, cacao nourishes your body from the inside out.

  • Stabilises Mood & Reduces Stress
Helps reduce cortisol (the stress hormone), easing anxiety and overwhelm, promoting a calmer state of mind.

  • Creates a Sense of Calm & Emotional Wellbeing
Rich in serotonin, dopamine, melatonin, and tryptophan, cacao helps regulate mood and fosters relaxation.

  • Induces a Natural "Blissful High"
Contains anandamide, known for creating euphoric feelings, similar to the "gym high."

  • Enhances Brain Health
Boosts cognitive function through PEA, increasing mental clarity, focus, and concentration.

  • Natural Relaxant
With high levels of magnesium, cacao relaxes muscles, eases tension, and promotes restful sleep.

  • Supports Women's Health
Can help alleviate PMS symptoms, regulate mood, and support hormonal balance.

I would highly recommend Amanda’s events for anyone looking to reset and take some time for themselves. I guarantee you’ll leave feeling refreshed and inspired!

Purposeful Play weekend

Purposeful Play weekend

Purposeful Play weekend

This whole weekend encourages you to step out of life for a couple of days and focus on yourself. It is an invitation to put yourself first, quiet your busy mind, and trust yourself to find calm and clarity through creative expression and play.

We were born to play. As children, we were curious, joyful, playful, yet, as adults, we have forgotten how to be.

We are so busy doing the doing that we overlook our need to play, to laugh, to explore, to connect. We can be so conscious of what people think of us that we morph ourselves into ‘the business’, ‘the parent’, ‘the helper’, and neglect the curiosity, inquisitiveness, and fearlessness we once had. It's time to reclaim this!

This is time for you, to remember you.

Time to step off the rat race.

Off the conveyor belt.

And rest on the uphill climb.

This is time for you to explore, heal quietly, and reflect peacefully.

I would LOVE for you to join us!

A wonderful, creative healing weekend to reignite your passions & your curiosity and allow time for you to create change in your life that feels good. Together we explore vision and values, self-care and self-expression, nature versus nurture, storytelling that heals, musical magical journeys and purposeful play

This Winter Retreat at Trigonos, Snowdonia, North Wales with Ros Tennyson is reserved for those who have previously attended a Space to Be retreat at Trigonos. During the retreat, there will be periods of silence, which will be agreed upon by the group at the first meeting. Our time together may also include silent activities, if desired. This is a unique opportunity to experience deep stillness amidst the breathtaking beauty of the winter landscape.

Retreat Highlights:

Guided nature walks, journaling, and creative exercises to explore your inner landscape.

  • Sharing & Discussion Space
A supportive environment to share thoughts and reflect with others.

A note from Lara

Special Health considerations for Hypopressives:
The apnoea (breath-hold with vacuum) element of Hypopressive breathwork is not recommended if you are pregnant or affected by any of the following health complaints;

If in any doubt, you must seek advice from your doctor/relevant heath care professional before booking a place, I will not be able to make judgement on your fitness to participate on the day.

'The Joy of SAORI Weaving Workshop with Rosie Green

'The Joy of SAORI Weaving Workshop with Rosie Green

Join Rosie Green, experienced textile artist and facilitator, on this fun and creative workshop.

SAORI weaving is rooted in the activity of free-flowing, uninhibited hand weaving and the core philosophy that we are all born with unique sensibilities and the power to create. SAORI is not only a practice of connecting deeply with one’s own creative and authentic self, but it is also a practice of connecting deeply with others. By discovering and nurturing our individuality yet shared humanity and ability to express ourselves, we cultivate awareness and compassion within ourselves and our global community.

Workshop Highlights:

Opportunity to Switch Off: Escape from the hectic pace of life, slow down and create something with your hands and heart.

Creativity with Likeminded People: Enjoy some you time whilst also sharing time with others.

Supporting your Wellbeing: In the beautiful setting of Trigonos your daily troubles and stresses will slip away and inspiration will come to ‘weave from your heart’. There is no pressure or expectation yet you will be surprised and amazed by what you produce in the day.

Delicious Nourishing Food: Enjoy our deliciously grown bio dynamic produce, from the land to the plate, lovingly created by our chefs for you to enjoy.

Tranquil Surroundings: Indulge in relaxation, leisurely walks, and fireside reading in a beautiful part of Wales, Eryri National Park.

What is SAORI?

SAORI weaving is a philosophy of personal creativity and self development practiced all over the world. With some it is a form of meditation, with others it is a means of relaxing and recharging their energies. And of course others who simply want to weave cloth!

We do not make plans, or have set ideas of what we will weave, and the finished cloth is always a surprise and a joy. The design of the looms and the type of materials we use produce a cloth that is suitable for garment making. These garments are simple, with little or no cutting to celebrate the cloth, and where drape and adjustments allow for individuality and a unique garment to suit the maker.

Within the SAORI philosophy there are five slogans of weaving which will be followed during the retreat:

  • Consider the differences between a machine and a human being

  • Be bold and adventurous

  • Look out through eyes that shine

  • Inspire one another and everyone in the community

We will follow the SAORI philosophy that we are born with creativity and intuition.

What to Expect:

From the Heart: Slip away and inspiration will come to ‘weave from your heart’. There is no pressure or expectation yet you will be surprised and amazed by what you produce in the day.

Deepen your Connection with Your Natural Self: Enhance your self-understanding through SAORI.

Disconnect from the Modern World: Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life to flow with the calming rhythm of Trigonos an option digital detox to truly unwind too.

Nourish Your Wellbeing: Rejuvenate your mental, physical state.

This Workshop will Help You:

• Calm your Mind: With a ‘no rules, no mistakes’ philosophy SAORI weaving will relax your state of being.
• Timeout for Yourself: Opportunity to get away from the busyness of day to day life.

Who is this Workshop For?

This workshop is for anyone who needs a bit of time to switch off and re-focus, or who just wants to try something new and spend time in a beautiful place in the heart of Eryri with other like minded people.

Rosie Green was first drawn to the practical process of hand weaving when she took a course in textiles. Since then she has followed a path in weaving. In 1982 Rosie moved to North Wales where she started demonstrating in the Bodeilio Weaving Centre on Anglessey. In 2014 Rosie opened SAORIMôr and was the first registered SAORI free-weaving studio in Wales.

As her practice as an Artist Facilitator has developed and changed over the years, Rosie has learned many things about the creative process, its value and its place in the lives of all of us. The process of SAORI helps us find our way.

The day will start with the usual introductions to make sure everyone is comfortable and understands what to expect. For the rest of the day each person works at their own pace weaving with colours and textures of their own choice with support and encouragement from Rosie. You can work quietly or talk and ask as many questions as you like. At the end of the day you will cut the work from the looms and share your experiences of the day. This can be a time to chat about what your cloth might be, share how you feel or just learn how to finish off your work.

About the Facilitator

Eta Ingham Lawrie, Weaving Colours, Trigonos

Eta Ingham Lawrie is a remarkable artist who over more than six decades has brought light, warmth and colour into people’s lives – whether by working on a small scale producing a range of textile pieces for individuals, or by creating magnificent large scale hangings for public buildings and private collectors.  Her work is said to be “both intensely bold and extraordinarily subtle”.

The inspiration for Eta’s woven wall-hangings comes from the ever-changing light over land and sea, and on which she bases her creations, using hand dyed fleece and wool, and many other natural materials.  She also incorporates natural found objects such as stone, shell, and wood into her weavings.

About the Facilitator

Her journey though life has taken twists and turns that have been challenging, interesting and brought her lots of enjoyment. Travelling for 4 years whilst she decided what she should do with her life broadened her horizons. Working in social care as a social worker and latterly a dementia trainer has increased her awareness of the trials and tribulations facing many people as well as developing her creativeness and problem-solving skills. Becoming a grandma has certainly given her  much more fun that she’d ever have imagined. Working in adult career guidance made her think about the challenges faced when thinking about what’s important in life and how we have to balance where our hearts want to lead us and what is actually possible in our situations.

All of this and more has led penny to run workshops about thinking about how we make the most of our later life.

Transformational Coaching

Transformational Coaching

If you are the kind of person who wants to make a difference, who has an optimistic attitude to humanity rather than one of pessimism, who expects the best, and when disappointed goes in search of a solution, then you may well find yourself attracted to the profession of Coaching. It is in some ways being packaged as a new profession, yet it has been there for as long as there have been teachers wanting the best for their pupils.

Join us in 2025 for a two year EASC accredited training in Transformation Coaching. The course is 10 weekend retreats over 2 years, at the wonderful venue of Trigonos in North Wales.

This course will combine a significant amount of time in face to face contact at the wonderful venue of Trigonos in North Wales, on a bi-monthly basis. In between there will be support and input by phone or online to assist your application of theory to practice and to supervise your work with clients. Another strong element of this particular training is to learn from the expertise of others invited onto the course, as well as from the tutors leading and facilitating.

This coaching course is based on the philosophy of taking situations both personal and organisational to transform them in the direction of fulfilment, creativity and positive change. All people aspiring to come on this course will be invited to bring their expertise from their professional and personal experiences of life and these will be integrated into a number of existing theatrical maps including transactional analysis, gestalt work involving well researched ideas on team roles, and neuro linguistic programming.

In effect this will mean the integration of the participants experience and wisdom can be integrated into existing recognisable frameworks which will enable them to become good coaches not only onto themselves, but also to future clients who will need their professional help. Participants will be provided with a programme of each module including theory, application, skills practice and supervision, any written work will be fully explained on the first module.

Spring Equinox Yoga and Sound Retreat

Ymunwch a ni ar gyfer encil arbennig Alban Eilir 2025 yn Trigonos, Dyffryn Nantlle.

Wrth i’r ddaear lasu, a deffro o drwmgwsg y Gaeaf, croesawn ddyfodiad y Gwanwyn gyda’r encil yma ar dir hynod Dyffryn Nantlle

Join yoga teacher Llio Mair and sound therapist Steph Healy for a special Spring weekend retreat at the Spring Equinox 2025.

Spring is in the air and the trees, plants and flowers are beginning to fill with sap and gather momentumn for flowering. At Spring Equinox (20th March 2025) day and night, light and dark are equal in length. With this comes a sense of balance, union, so together using movement and sound we will explore connecting to the fertility of nature, balancing our inner and outer selves; our lives from inside out.

Ar Fawrth 20fed eleni dathlwn Alban Eilir, a’r cydbwysedd perffaith rhwng y goleuni a’r tywyllwch, â ddaw a synnwyr o falans ac undeb. Gan ddefnyddio cyfuniad o symudiad a sain, cysylltwn a deuwn â rhythm ein hunain i harmoni â rhythm y tir a throad y tymor, gyda chyfle i freuddwydio a phlannu hadau newydd ar gyfer ein bywyd.

Fe fydd y penwythos yn cynnwys symudiadau yoga, myfyrdod, canu mantra, gong baths a llwyth o fwyd blasus. I’r rhai dewr sydd awydd nofio mae Llyn Nantlle Uchaf wrth law. Mae croeso i bawb ymuno!

We will be exploring this theme of Alban Eilir - a day out of time; the balance point of no time-all time, a time of pure potentiality. Through holistic hatha yoga, we will be exploring kryias (cleansing breath practices); asana (yoga postures and movement); pranayama (breath control) and mantra in order to ground and move gently out of Winter Dreaming into the Light of Spring. We will work on releasing and moving any stagnation out of our system, out of the heaviness of Winter into the light-hearted energy of Spring, inviting more pranic light into our bodies and into our cells. We will be welcoming in the new energies, balancing the elements within ourselves and bringing ourselves into rhythm with the Earth energies at this time, calling on all that will support us on our path as we seed our Soul’s vision and intention for our lives at this time.

The weekend will include yoga movements, meditation, mantra
and gong baths, an optional wild swim and lots and lots of delicious food in the beautiful Trigonos, set in Eryri/Snowdonia. All are welcome!

Trigonos Event

It turns the conversation around your future on its head and enables you to approach it in a completely different, and more accessible way. I came away with a literal picture of what I want in
my future (and what I don’t!) and practical tools to help cut out the noise and work towards it. I would recommend… to anyone who wishes to crystallise what they want their future to look like.

About the Facilitator

Amanda Bailey, Trigonos

Amanda is passionate about bringing nature into modern everyday life to boost wellbeing, and deepen self-connection so you can create the life you love. Her home is a stone cottage in the Macclesfield hills where she walks the land and loves any excuse to stumble into a cafe for a cuppa, and cake!

Amanda’s personal journey re-connecting with nature in her late 30s led her on a journey of transformation. In 2019 she reached a fork in the road. Stuck in a cycle of feeling disconnected from herself, and with the stresses of a demanding fashion career taking its toll on her wellbeing she made a decision to brave uncertainty and change her life. With nature as her guide she has reconnected with her true self, uncovered her soul’s calling and, created a new life, and business, that she really loves.

Working with organisations such as National Trust along with corporate and private 1:1 and group clients Amanda serves from the heart as a guide, coach, mentor and trainer.
