About the Facilitator
Ros Tennyson
Space to Be was created by Ros Tennyson, an experienced facilitator with a background in international collaboration and sustainable development. Over her career, she has worked in facilitation, training, mentoring, action research, and tool development.
A founder and former co-director of Trigonos (1996–2020), Ros has led many Space to Be retreats. She is also a trained Tai Chi teacher and Indian Head Massage therapist, with interests in writing, music, and walking. Ros is based in Machynlleth, mid-Wales.

An Insight to the Day…
Each day begins with a meeting where the group will agree on a plan for shared activities and personal time. The day will conclude with a gathering to reflect and share experiences. Facilitation will be light-touch, and all activities are entirely optional.
Daily Schedule:
7:30 am – Breakfast together
1:00 pm – Lunch together
4:00 pm – Afternoon tea together
7:00 pm – Dinner together

Concession: Trigonos offers a 30% discount on residential rates for Nantlle Valley residents, unemployed individuals, and retirees. For non-residential participants, a 10% discount is available for the same groups. Proof of eligibility (e.g., relevant documentation) is required to confirm your discount.
Retired would include those over 65, in receipt of state pension, or personal pension.

The facilitators for all Space to Be courses at Trigonos kindly donate their time. However, participants are welcome to make a voluntary donation towards the facilitators’ costs at the end of the retreat if they wish.
