Christmas Wreath Making at Trigonos
Join Suzy Kraike at Trigonos for a creative, relaxed and sustainable Christmas wreath-making workshop, inspired by nature and the beauty of natural materials.
Create a unique Christmas wreath for your home, using freshly harvested willow and a beautiful selection of seasonal foliage, herbs, fir cones and more.
We’ll begin by making the wreath base using fresh willow harvested here at Trigonos. You’ll also learn how to make willow stars in both large and small sizes before decorating your wreath with your choice of natural materials to create something truly personal.
The best part? Your willow wreath base is reusable for a couple of years, making it a sustainable decoration you can enjoy for Christmases to come.

About the Facilitators
Suzy Kraike
Suzy is the Land Steward at Trigonos, with over 20 years of horticultural experience and, more recently, as a Biodynamic Practitioner.
Working with willow is a hobby Suzy has enjoyed for many years, ever since attending a workshop in Cornwall. She loves creating unique wreaths and festive decorations, with no two ever the same, and is always learning new skills and techniques with this wonderfully sustainable material.
Working with natural materials minimises the use of plastic and reflects the Trigonos ethos of working with nature.
Course Timings
10:00am: Arrival and welcome
10:00am - 1:00pm: Willow wreath making and crafting
1:00pm - 2:00pm: Trigonos lunch and festive mince pie
2:00pm - 3:30pm: Continue wreath making and decorating
3:30pm: Workshop finishes. Take home your beautiful handmade wreath and feel free to stay and explore our beautiful grounds.
Cost
Standard: £55.00 per person.
Concession: £46.75 per person. Available for the following groups. Proof of eligibility (e.g., relevant documentation) is required to confirm your discount.
Retired would include those over 66 and in receipt of state pension.
