Our wood-fired sauna is being created as a quiet place to warm up, unwind, and reconnect with the landscape.

Set within the grounds of Trigonos, it offers a calm, restorative experience shaped by heat, fresh air, and the surrounding natural world.

Sessions will be available as either shared or private bookings, with time to move between heat and outdoor cooling.

The sauna will be prepared in advance for each session and is designed for a simple, unhurried rhythm.
