Trigonos Open Day - Celebrating 30 years

Join us as we celebrate 30 years of Trigonos by opening our doors for a special Open Day, giving you the opportunity to experience just some of the events and activities we host throughout the year.

On the day, you'll have the opportunity to meet some of the facilitators who regularly use Trigonos, including:

• Aromatherapists

• Artists and photographers

• Weavers and yarn workers

• A whole host of other wellbeing and therapeutic specialists

We'll also be hosting demonstrations in our event rooms, including Reiki, mindfulness through music and yoga, giving you the chance to have a go at any, or all of these activities.

Outside, our Outdoor Friends, Pen Y Bryn, will be introducing visitors to paddleboarding, the Outdoor Partnership charity will be on hand to talk about their work, and our Land Manager, Suzy, will be available to share more about our biodynamic gardening.

To add to the festival atmosphere, we'll also be joined by stilt walkers from our local circus group, Cimera, who'll be showcasing their skills throughout the day.

Whether you're discovering Trigonos for the first time or have been part of our journey over the past 30 years, we'd love to welcome you and celebrate with us.
