The Living Field of Awareness begins with Presence, but not as an abstract idea. Presence becomes something lived through the body, breath, sensation, energy, emotion, relationship, and direct inner seeing. Participants begin to feel how awareness moves, how patterns form, how reaction begins, how the body protects, how energy contracts, how relationship activates, and how something deeper remains quietly available beneath it all.

Five nights’ accommodation at Trigonos

Sai Akashavani
Sai Akashavani is the creator of the Living Field of Awareness (LFA) and the head facilitator of this retreat. His work emerges from a direct, lived synthesis of embodiment, meditation, bio-energetic cultivation, and deep inquiry, shaped not as a system of belief, but as a precise and experiential path into human consciousness.
The Living Field of Awareness was developed as a contemporary response to the conditions of our time—where increasing complexity, speed, and external stimulation require a deeper level of inner coherence, sensitivity, and presence. Sai’s work integrates body, breath, awareness, energy, and relational intelligence into a unified field of practice that allows participants to experience themselves directly, rather than conceptually.
As a facilitator, Sai does not position himself as someone who gives answers or interpretations. Instead, he holds a grounded and attuned field where participants are guided to feel, sense, regulate, inquire, and recognize their own experience with clarity and honesty. His approach is precise, embodied, and quietly powerful, allowing depth to unfold without force.
Drawing from extensive experience in Qigong, somatic awareness, subtle body cultivation, and self-realisation inquiry, Sai supports participants in developing the essential qualities of groundedness, openness, clarity, and presence. His facilitation bridges structure and fluidity, offering both a clear developmental path and the space for individual experience to emerge naturally.

An Insight to the Day…
Each day follows a living rhythm:
Morning begins with LifeForce Qigong, breath, meditation, and body-based presence practice. The body opens, the breath deepens, and awareness begins to settle into direct contact.
Midday brings teaching and orientation into the Living Field of Awareness, including the Life Response Matrix, the 22 Foundations, the 5 Radiances, and the cultivation of subtle body sensitivity.
Afternoon opens into partner sensitivity exercises and dichotomy inquiry, where participants explore relationship, polarity, perception, and direct experience in real time.
Evening is quieter, allowing reflection, journaling, gentle practice, silence, and integration.
Across six days, the retreat unfolds as an entrance:
