At first look from the road there is no indication of the delights to come. Mima was a wonderful host from the outset, such a lovely welcome! The accommodation was lovely, everything we needed and more; light, airy, very clean, comfy beds, quality bedding. The yoga room was really nice; spacious with a lovely outlook. And the food, I simply do not have enough superlatives for our meals. Fresh, tasty, wholesome, nourishing, creative, quality food. Thank you!

Amazing food (fabulous flavours, colours, presentation); incredible scenery and grounds; attentive staff who are sensitive to the needs of its visitors. All of this makes Trigonos a delight to experience and conducive to mindfulness work which I was doing. I love the ethos of Trigonos and its commitment to the environment. I will definitely be back!
