The Trigonos team is delighted to welcome you and your guests to our tranquil space.

To help us prepare and support your event with care, we kindly ask that you complete the Pre-Arrival Form. This form ensures we have all the essential details to make your stay run smoothly – from catering numbers to room allocations and schedule planning.

Please submit the completed form at least one month before your arrival, as it will be used to generate your final catering invoice and guide our team in setting up for your retreat or event.

If we receive your form after this deadline, a small administrative fee may apply.
