Charlotte Benz
Charlotte Benz is a versatile teacher and artist dedicated to empowering others.
As a Reiki Master, AromaTouch Trainer, and practitioner of Thought Field Therapy, she offers transformative experiences that help release emotional blocks and restore inner peace.
Charlotte is also a co-author of the bestselling book The Recipe For Success, alongside Jack Canfield, which has inspired many people to follow their dreams.
Charlotte brings warmth, creativity, and joy to her workshops and retreats. She loves helping people reconnect with themselves, awaken their inner wisdom, and embrace the life they truly desire.
Charlotte is the founder of Sens8 Retreats and lives in beautiful North Wales with her partner, three children, three cats, and a lively puppy. She feels deeply connected to nature, and her retreats offer participants a chance to slow down, reconnect with the natural world, and find peace in the stunning Welsh landscape.

9:30: Welcome, tea and opening circle
10:00: Guided meditation and intention setting
10:30: Mindful nature walk around the Trigonos grounds
11:15: Creative reflection and journaling session
12:00: Guided visualisation and deep relaxation
12:30: Sharing circle and closing reflections
13:00: Delicious vegetarian lunch
After lunch, you are welcome to relax, explore the beautiful gardens, enjoy the lakeside, or even take a refreshing wild swim.
Rates
Standard: £55.00 per person. This includes facilitator fees and catering.
Concession: £45.00 per person. Available for the following groups. Proof of eligibility (e.g., relevant documentation) is required to confirm your discount.
Retired would include those over 66 and in receipt of state pension.

Residential: You are welcome to stay at Trigonos as a B&B guest. Please check our availability if you wish to stay before or after the workshop.
