These retreats are open to any individual who is looking for some quiet-but-purposeful time in beautiful surroundings with a light-touch, semi-structured programme that is hosted and facilitated by Trigonos.

In small groups (up to 7 people) the retreat will run separately but alongside other groups staying at Trigonos at the same time. Using the spacious studio as the group’s base, each day will start with a meeting of the group to plan the day (what individuals want to do on their own and what the group might do together) and end with another gathering to share reflections

The Space to Be retreats will be facilitated by one of the Trigonos founders, Ros Tennyson. Ros has worked for 25+ years as a trainer / workshop facilitator for groups from different sectors seeking to deliver ‘joined up’ development activities in many countries across the globe. She has written a number of books and manuals on partnering and has a strong commitment to enabling individuals to find their place within a group. Additional interests include: T’ai Chi, Indian Head Massage and Journaling.

For more information please see the Space to Be flier or contact Ros directly at: [email protected]
