Workrooms

All our workrooms have excellent natural light and ventilation. They are all on the ground floor and readily accessible for people with a disability. All are multi-functional and can be used for education & training, meetings, arts & crafts, yoga & tai chi, meditation, retreats, music and celebrations

“Many thanks for making our stay this weekend so pleasant. My room was very warm and comfortable which was a boon in the cold weather. The meeting rooms were spacious and perfect for meditation. Most of all the service was efficient, kind and low key; from the serving of the food to the cleanliness and homeliness of the rooms. Please especially thank the kitchen staff for the delicious food. And as for the scenery….Wow!!”

With 18 acres of garden, meadows and woodlands stretching down to the lakeside the outdoors at Trigonos awaits exploration. The lawns and lakeside are not just for sitting on and drinking tea, they can also be used for outdoor meetings, breakout groups, tai chi, yoga and so on – weather permitting. The walled garden, lake shore and woodlands offer quiet spots for meditation or you can sit on one of the slate benches by the lakeside and watch the ever-changing movement of the water and light on the mountains.
