An opportunity to take part in a weekend of yoga, meditation and relaxation in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The weekend will start from 4pm on Friday, with yoga sessions on Saturday and Sunday, including relaxation and meditation. Friday and Saturday evenings will conclude with ‘Yoga Nidra’ a 30 minute deep relaxation session. A timetable with all activities will be provided on arrival. There will be some free time on Saturday afternoon after lunch.
