With Sandra Robinson and Claire Mace
Thursday 21st June – Sunday 24th June 2018
At Trigonos, Nantlle, Gwynedd, LL54 6BW
Take time out from the hectic routines of your everyday life to celebrate the summer solstice and your own light. To be on retreat means to create a space where you can connect to your authentic self and to what really matters, and can take time to simply breathe.
At this time of long days and short nights, how do you expand your energy and shine your true light? This is not about denying your shadow but unpacking it: exploring how to let go of any aspects that may limit you, like shame or guilt.
You will work with deep three-hour Forrest yoga sessions and shamanic ceremony to explore and let go of any blocks to being the radiant human you are. There will be time off to explore the landscape or to simply relax.
Trigonos Retreat centre is in the Nantlle valley in Snowdonia, amid a stunning landscape of mountains and lakes. The vegetarian food is high quality and delicious, with many of the vegetables grown on site. The ensuite rooms are clean and comfortable. If you are coming by public transport, the nearest train station is Bangor.
You can check in from 3pm on the Thursday, and we’ll start with a Forrest Yoga session at 5pm, followed by dinner. The retreat will end after lunch on the Sunday.
Sandra Robinson is a Forrest Yoga Guardian. She is one of the hand-picked senior teachers of international yogini superstar Ana Forrest, and offers workshops and teacher training both from her studio in Peterborough and around the world. She is also a Body Psychotherapist and fascinated by how change happens through a deep acceptance of who we are. She has a talent for working with groups, creating a safe environment where students can explore their own process.
Claire Mace is an experienced Forrest Yoga teacher and Shamanic Practitioner who lives and teaches in North Wales. She is deeply moved by the depth of this ancient landscape and the power of nature. Through her intuitive and warm approach she guides her students into deep transformative places, where they emerge as more alive and vibrant human beings.
