Mindfulness Courses at Trigonos

The Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP) is one of the largest and oldest mindfulness teacher training organisations in the UK, established in 2001. It is a self-funding organisation based in School of Pyschology which is part of Bangor University

The CMRP is committed to the promotion of wellbeing through the application of mindfulness-based approaches. This is achieved by training professionals in the application of mindfulness based approaches and researching applications of mindfulness.

The Centre is committed to:
• excellence in teaching and research
• valuing individual learning and development
• scientific rigour
• integrity in adherence to the foundational attitudes of mindfulness

We were the first in the UK to establish professional training in the field on mindfulness and we remain one of the leading organisations for the delivery of training programmes. We offer training to professionals through a range of Continuing Professional Development courses (CPD) and through our part-time post-graduate programmes leading to MSc/MA in Mindfulness-based approaches, or MSc/MA in Teaching mindfulness-based courses.
