CHOOSING TRIGONOS

PAM DEWIS TRIGONOS?
Ymddiheurwn nad yw'r tudalen hwn ar gael yn y Gymraeg.

Our regular customers are our best recommendation, so we asked a few of them to tell us in their own words why they choose Trigonos. Some of these comments are featured below. Please note, all other quotes on our website are unsolicited.

While we value praise we also value suggestions for improvement – the improvements we make are often guided by our visitors' views.

AVENUE CONSULTING - Neil Thompson

My role as a trainer and consultant has taken me to numerous venues across the UK and sometimes beyond. I can honestly say that, of all of them, Trigonos has been by far the best.

The peace and tranquillity there are exceptional, as is the natural beauty of the area. Add to that really good facilities, expertly cooked healthy food and a staff team who bend over backwards to be helpful and supportive and you have an excellent venue for training courses, teambuilding and management development events and an ideal retreat for recharging your batteries. And all of this is at very affordable prices.

“…it is a place based on values…”

What I particularly like about Trigonos is that it is a place based on values – values that show a commitment not only to learning, but also to environmental, physical, social and spiritual wellbeing. I always look forward to visiting Trigonos, always enjoy my time there and always come back feeling refreshed and, in some ways, renewed. It’s a very special place.

BICYCLE BEANO CYCLING HOLIDAYS - Jane Barnes

We have been running cycling holidays with organic veggie food from Trigonos since 1999. There is an energy about Trigonos that is unsurpassed. Add to this Trigonos’s commitment to environmentalism, sustainability, and organic, home-grown food and we are on to a winner.

Trigonos makes every effort to accommodate our needs. Our groups are fussy about their food - it has to be good quality, organic, vegetarian, home-cooked and plenty of it. Trigonos consistently provides for our needs.

“Their ethic is ‘Yes’ rather than ‘No’ ”

Thoughtful touches include flowers from Judy’s garden everywhere, heating put on the middle of summer if it turns chilly, drying facilities in the unlikely event of a bit of rain. Their ethic is ‘Yes’ rather than ‘No’.

Trigonos's position in Dyffryn Nantlle is special. It is where slate gives way to mountain scenery. Up the valley is a scene of Snowdon and the Nantlle Ridge, beloved of artists and famously painted by Richard Wilson. Down the valley the slate is full of beauty, changing colour from red to green to grey depending upon the light and the weather. It's a place that gives you energy.

ELAN TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT - Judy Ledward

I choose to run groups at Trigonos for a number of reasons. First, it is a stunningly beautiful setting within the Snowdonia National Park. The ambiance is very conducive to people getting away from their everyday lives and supports reflection and inner work. It is not only the setting, the comfortable rooms, the excellent food and the beautiful, light-filled workspace that bring me back to Trigonos over and over. It is also very much the discreet, supportive staff and the values of the place that draw me and my groups.

“…we get very good value for money…”

I think Trigonos makes an outstanding educational and environmental contribution to the area and to all of us who utilise its many benefits. I think we get very good value for money, too, with all that is provided to help my groups feel held and nurtured. I run groups throughout Europe at different centres, and I would and do recommend Trigonos for groups of any kind, as the people, setting, values and supportive environment are second to none.
